Product Overview
The Liquefied Natural Gas Liquefaction Plant is a complete industrial solution integrating natural gas purification, cryogenic liquefaction, LNG storage, and product transportation systems.
The plant converts natural gas into liquefied natural gas (LNG) at approximately -162°C, reducing its volume by nearly 600 times for efficient storage and long-distance transportation.
Technology
The LNG production process removes water, sulfur compounds, carbon dioxide, mercury, and heavy hydrocarbons from raw natural gas before cryogenic liquefaction.
Purified gas is gradually cooled through advanced refrigeration cycles until it becomes liquid LNG suitable for storage and transportation.
Process Flow
Raw Gas Compression → Gas Pretreatment → Heavy Hydrocarbon Removal → Mercury Removal → Cryogenic Liquefaction → LNG Storage → LNG Loading
