The Natural Gas Carbon Capture System is a comprehensive gas purification solution designed for CO₂ removal, recovery, and purification from natural gas and industrial gas streams.
The system integrates gas pretreatment, CO₂ absorption, solvent regeneration, CO₂ purification, and compression into a complete industrial carbon capture solution suitable for natural gas processing plants, LNG facilities, refineries, and low-carbon energy projects.

Technology

The system utilizes advanced carbon capture technologies including amine-based chemical absorption, physical absorption, and membrane separation depending on gas composition and project requirements.
For mainstream natural gas applications, amine solvents such as MDEA selectively absorb CO₂ from gas streams through counter-current contact inside packed absorption towers. The captured CO₂ is then released through solvent regeneration and further purified for utilization or storage.
