Product Overview
The Heatless Regenerative Desiccant Air Dryer is a twin-tower adsorption system designed to remove moisture from compressed air or gas streams.
It provides a simple, reliable, and cost-effective solution for continuous air drying in industrial applications.
Technology
The system uses desiccant materials such as activated alumina or molecular sieves to adsorb moisture from compressed air.
Two towers operate alternately: one tower dries the air, while the other is regenerated using a portion of the dried air without external heating.
Working Cycle
Adsorption → Depressurization → Regeneration → Switching
