Product Overview
The Hydrogen Membrane Separation System is a high-efficiency hydrogen purification solution designed for hydrogen recovery and separation from industrial hydrogen-rich gas streams.
The system integrates gas pretreatment, membrane separation, pressure regulation, and product gas stabilization into a compact skid-mounted configuration suitable for refinery, chemical, hydrogen energy, and fuel cell applications.
Technology
The system utilizes highly selective polymer membrane technology to separate hydrogen from mixed gas streams under pressure differential conditions.
Hydrogen molecules permeate rapidly through the membrane layer due to their small molecular size and high diffusivity, while impurities such as CH₄, CO₂, N₂, and heavier hydrocarbons are retained on the high-pressure side.
Process Flow
Hydrogen-Rich Gas Pretreatment → Pressure Regulation → Membrane Separation → Hydrogen Stabilization → Product Gas Output
