Product Overview
The Cryogenic Liquid Nitrogen Plant is a large-scale industrial system designed to produce, liquefy, and store high-purity nitrogen using advanced cryogenic air separation technology.
It provides a stable and efficient solution for industries requiring continuous nitrogen supply and flexible liquid nitrogen storage and distribution.
Technology
The system operates based on cryogenic distillation, utilizing the different boiling points of air components to separate nitrogen, oxygen, and other gases.
Compressed and purified air is cooled to cryogenic temperatures, partially liquefied, and separated in distillation columns to produce high-purity nitrogen in both gaseous and liquid forms.
Key Features
• Capacity: 300–250,000 Nm³/h
• Nitrogen Purity: ≥99.9% (up to 99.999%)
• Liquid & Gaseous Nitrogen Output
• Continuous Operation (1–3 years cycle)
• Multi-gas Co-production (Oxygen, Argon, Rare Gases)
• Fully Automated Control System
Advantages
Compared with PSA and membrane nitrogen systems, cryogenic liquid nitrogen plants offer:
• Higher nitrogen purity for demanding applications
• Large-scale production capacity
• Liquid nitrogen storage for flexible use and transportation
• Lower unit cost for high-volume consumption
• Additional value from co-produced gases
Applications
Widely used in:
• Steel & Metallurgy Industry
• Chemical & Petrochemical Processing
• Semiconductor & Electronics Manufacturing
• Food Freezing & Cryogenic Applications
• Energy & Environmental Systems
System Capability
The system supports integrated nitrogen production, liquefaction, storage, and transportation, making it suitable for both on-site use and off-site supply.
