Product Overview
The Liquid Nitrogen Production Plant is a large-scale gas generation system based on cryogenic air separation technology.
It is designed to produce high-purity nitrogen in both gaseous and liquid forms, providing a stable and efficient solution for industrial applications with high nitrogen demand.
Technology
The system operates through cryogenic distillation, utilizing the different boiling points of air components to separate nitrogen from oxygen and other gases.
Compressed and purified air is cooled to cryogenic temperatures, partially liquefied, and then separated in distillation columns to produce high-purity nitrogen.
Key Features
• Capacity: 300–100,000 Nm³/h
• Nitrogen Purity: ≥99.9% (up to 99.999%)
• Continuous Operation (1–3 years cycle)
• Liquid & Gaseous Nitrogen Output
• Multi-gas Co-production (Oxygen, Argon, Rare Gases)
• Fully Automated Control System
Advantages
Compared with PSA or membrane nitrogen systems, cryogenic nitrogen plants offer:
• Higher nitrogen purity for demanding applications
• Larger production capacity for industrial-scale use
• Capability to produce liquid nitrogen for storage and transport
• Lower unit cost for high-volume consumption
• Additional value from co-produced gases
