Product Overview
The Cryogenic Liquid Oxygen Plant is a large-scale air separation system designed to produce, liquefy, and store high-purity oxygen for industrial and regional supply.
By integrating oxygen production with cryogenic storage and transportation, it provides a flexible and efficient solution for both on-site use and off-site oxygen distribution.
Technology
The system operates based on advanced cryogenic air separation technology.
Atmospheric air is compressed, purified, and deeply cooled to cryogenic temperatures, followed by multi-stage distillation to separate oxygen and nitrogen. The purified oxygen is then liquefied at -183°C and stored in insulated cryogenic tanks for flexible use and transportation.
Key Features
• Ultra-high Purity: ≥99.6% (up to 99.999%)
• Liquid Oxygen Output: 50–80,000 Nm³/h
• Integrated Storage & Transportation Capability
• Continuous Operation (2–3 years runtime cycle)
• Multi-gas Co-production (Nitrogen, Argon)
• Fully Automated PLC/DCS Control
Advantages
Compared with conventional oxygen generation systems, this plant offers:
• Long-term liquid oxygen storage (months)
• Flexible transportation to remote locations
• Stable supply independent of pipeline constraints
• Higher purity for advanced industrial applications
• Additional revenue from by-product gases
