The VPSA Oxygen Generator is an advanced on-site oxygen production system based on Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption (VPSA) technology.
It is designed to deliver a stable, energy-efficient, and cost-effective oxygen supply for medium to large-scale industrial applications.
Technology
The system uses molecular sieve adsorbents to separate nitrogen from air.
Unlike conventional PSA systems, VPSA operates at lower pressure combined with vacuum desorption, allowing more efficient regeneration of adsorbents and significantly reducing energy consumption.
Dual adsorption towers work alternately to ensure continuous oxygen production.
